As winter comes to an end, the Texas Hill Country comes alive. Blue Bonnets are right around the corner. We embraced the season by purchasing the 2025 Forest River Cherokee Wolf Den 20RDSE travel trailer.
A Scenic Retreat in the Heart of Texas
The Texas Hill Country, is pretty much where everyone in Texas goes to vacation for the day. On this inaugural day of spring, with temperatures steady at 72°, we suck it up and get in the water. It’s still cold, but we couldn’t help it. We were looking for an RV Dealership near Honey Creek.

With a length of 25 feet 4 inches and a dry weight of 4,053 lbs, the Wolf Den 20RDSE is both spacious and easy to tow, making it an excellent choice for a first time RV family, or a seasoned pro.
Upon arriving at the lake, setting up the Wolf Den was really easy. I’ve been around RVs my whole life. They’re all the same, but different if that makes sense.
The modern kitchen allowed us to meal prep, and there was plenty of room to have coffee as a family. The convenience and comfort of our travel trailer transformed a simple lake outing into an unforgettable experience. It served as a hub for laughter, relaxation, and connection, embodying the very essence of what spring in the Hill Country is all about.
