My credit is terrible. No excuses. I lost my job, and ended up filing for bankruptcy. Without going into too much detail, it was a rough time. We’ve all hit rock bottom in one way or another.
But bad credit shouldn’t stop me from moving forward. I needed an RV for my business—something affordable, something I could own. Renting office space or signing another lease just wasn’t an option. Still, it felt like every time I tried to get ahead, the world pushed back harder.
When I was at my lowest, I met a sales guy at San Antonio RVs in Spring Branch. Honestly, I didn’t expect much. I’d already been turned down by a big corporate RV dealer in New Braunfels. And that little voice in my head kept whispering, “He’s just a salesman. Don’t do it.” But I’m glad I didn’t listen to that voice.
Not only did I get approved—I actually had options. I had to prove my income, show I had some money in the bank, and the interest rate isn’t great… but it’s manageable. And for the first time in a long time, I have hope.
The folks at San Antonio RVs had no clue what I was going through when I filled out that credit app—but if they had, I know they would’ve stood with me.
This is what I bought. I love it! This RV saves me over $2,500 a month compared to renting an office. And right now, that changes everything. Thanks for reading.
